My Mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer around about her 75th birthday last July. She fought her cancer bravely and she rallied long enough for all of her four children, their spouses and their children to come home for Christmas. She lost the battle with pancreatic cancer on March 1, 2012. She is survived by her four children and their spouses and kids and by her husband, Richard, my dad. She and my Dad were married for 53 years and celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary on December 27, 2011.
